(1) Introduction

Please read our terms of sale carefully. Before you proceed with placing an order for any products from our website, it is important that you explicitly agree to the terms of sale. In these terms of sale, “we” means Blackpool Wholesale Balloons (and “us” and “our” will be construed accordingly); and “you” means our customer or potential customer for products (and “your” will be construed accordingly)

(3) Order Process

Products advertised on our website are a "invitation to treat," and orders placed by you are an offer to enter into a contract. Until we accept your order in line with the process outlined below, no contract will be binding on the part of either of us. In order to enter into a contract to purchase products from us, you will need to take the following steps:
a. you must be an authorised trade customer of Blackpool Wholesale Balloons
b. You must add the products you wish to purchase to your shopping cart, and then proceed to the checkout
c. You must select your preferred method of delivery and confirm your order and your consent to these terms of sale.

You will receive by email an order confirmation showing the items you have requested. We will then check we are able to supply the goods. if we are not able to supply any items, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer a alternative or cancel part or the entire order. We will then despatch the goods

(4) Payments and Goods

We provide product quotes on our website.

With so many products available, there's always a chance that some of the prices shown on the website are incorrect We will get in touch with you as soon as we can after your order is placed if this is the case, and we reserve the right to ask you to cover any price difference. You have the option to cancel the item or order if you would prefer not to pay the updated price.

We are V.A.T exempt, so the prices you see are the prices you pay. We accept Bacs payment.

(5) Delivery

The items will be delivered to the address you specified when placing your order, according to our arrangements.

We promise to make every effort to deliver the items by the delivery date specified in our order confirmation, if not earlier.

We are unable to guarantee delivery by the specified date, though. Nonetheless, we promise that, barring unforeseen events, all product deliveries will be made within 3 working days of the date of our order confirmation and the receipt of payment, whichever comes first.

Delivery is £10.00 within the UK, including The Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Scottish Islands and Islands, Scilly Isles, and Northern Ireland.

To qualify for free delivery you will need to either:
a. Have a trade account and spend a minimum of £100.
b. Not have a trade account and spend a minimum of £130.

Please allow up to 3 working days. However generally items will arrive next working day.

(6) Refunds

Once an item has been paid for it is too late to cancel an order.

Refunds will only be issued if an item is faulty or the incorrect item was dispatched, except where the customer ordered the wrong product.

In the event that you receive a faulty item or one that is incorrect, we want to assure you that we will take responsibility for the situation. We will refund the delivery cost for the replacement item as well as the original delivery fee. However, this policy applies only when your order consists solely of the faulty or incorrect item, meaning that no other items were included in the shipment and those items are not defective. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will process the refunds promptly once the conditions are met. Our aim is to provide you with a seamless experience and rectify any issues that may arise from your order.

(7) Returns

Returns are not possible, unless faulty or the wrong item was despatched, except where the customer ordered the wrong product.

8) Business-to-business

Although we operate as a wholesale business, you do not require a trade account to buy from us.

Our products are exclusively available for business-to-business customers.

(9) Trade Account

A trade account is not mandatory.

To qualify for a trade account, you must operate a business, which includes self employment. To qualify you must place a one-off minimum order of £70 (before delivery). Thereafter, you can order as little as you like without paying for delivery on orders £100 and more.

When creating a trade account, you must choose a username which you will require to provide with every trade account order.

There is no minimum order.
