What happens if my order doesn't arrive or product is faulty.
If you have purchased an item from a business and have chosen to have it delivered, Should the item never arrive or is faulty we take full responsible for refunding or replacing the item and not the delivery company. The contract is with us and the customer.
Who and how can someone get a trade account?
They must operate a business, which includes self-employment.
Does the website include V.A.T?
We are exempt from charging V.A.T since we not a V.A.T registered business. This is common for businesses who have not had a turn-over of £85 or more during a 12-month period.
Do you charge for delivery?
Yes, unless customer reaches a threshold spend, which is £100.
Do you deliver to outside the United Kingdom?
We provide delivery to UK Mainland.
What if I change my mind about an item or entire order?
I'm sorry but we do not except returns, refunds, exchanges or cancellations once an item has been paid for. However, if an item is faulty a refund or exchange is possible.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bacs and card. If you wish to pay by BACs you cannot place an order via the website and will need to get in contact to place your order and pay,
Can customers collect?
No. Sorry we are online only.
Do you offer drop shipping?
Yes. Your customer's order will be delivered in plain packaging and without a receipt.
